After trying to pump a basketball with my old hand pumps, and failing to fully inflate due to air being lost faster than i could pump, i tried this one. I'm glad to say this did the job perfectly, the ball is now solid and with not too much effort.
Also one of the cheapest options out there i could find.

Recently purchased this pump, primarily to inflate footballs and basketballs, does the job great with minimal effort. Super value, 5 Star!!!
